Setting the number of coworking seats allowed in an open desk space

Updated over 3 months ago

When you set up Kube, you choose whether your organization uses coworking passes. Coworking passes are amenities that allow you to check in members to a shared open desk space with a set number of seats available for daily check ins.

If your organization uses coworking passes, Kube creates one open desk space for each of your properties. You can configure this space to specify the number of members who can check in to the space at one time.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • When Kube creates the open desk space, it sets the number of available seats to 10. You can update this number and other space information (including the space name) on the Space Essentials screen. For more information, see Reviewing and editing spaces.

To set the number of seats allowed in an open desk space

  1. Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.

  2. Locate the open desk space for the property in the grid and click the space's name.

  3. Click the Edit button.

  4. In the Maximum Number of Seats for This Space field, enter the number of coworking seats allowed.

TIP: A maximum of 1000 seats are allowed.
