Removing a space from reports and statistics

You can remove spaces from the Occupancy Report and occupancy statistics in dashboards. If removed, Kube does not include the spaces in occupancy calculations found in reports and on dashboards, no matter the occupancy status of the spaces. For more information, see Occupancy Report overview.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To remove a space from reports and statistics

  1. Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.

  2. Locate the space in the grid and click the space's name. The Space Contracts screen appears.

  3. Select Setup in the side menu. The Space Essentials screen appears.

  4. Click the Edit button.

  5. In the Additional Information section, make your selection for the Remove from Occupancy Report and Stats field.


    NOTE: Select Yes next to remove the space from occupancy reports and statistics.


  6. Click Save.
