After you add a space, you can archive, activate, and assign the space as needed.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To archive a space
Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.
To archive a space, click the additional options menu icon next to the space you want to archive.
Select the Archive option.
A confirmation request appears.
Click OK.
To reactivate an archived space
Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.
Click Archived located towards the top right of the data grid.
Click the additional options menu icon next to the space you want to reactivate.
Select the Activate option.
A confirmation request appears.
Click OK.
To check space availability
Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.
Click on More from the Filters. The filter criteria menu appears.
Input the criteria that you would like filtered for space availability.
For example, if you want to view spaces that are available from March 25 through April 30, use the Contract Availability filter.
Assigning the space or spaces will be covered below.
TIP: Space availability can also be viewed from the Space Availability Dashboard. Select Spaces in the top menu and then Availability from the drop down. For more information about the Space Availability Dashboard, see Space Availability Dashboard overview.
To assign a space
Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.
Next to an available space, click the additional options button, then click Assign. The Global Search appears.
Search for a member, lead, or company.
TIP: If the member, lead, or company does not exist, the record can be added by clicking on Add User next to the search bar. For more information, see Using global search.
Click Assign. The contract window appears. The Terms and Company, as well as the Spaces, are populated with the previous screen selections.
TIP: At this step, the contract can either be activated immediately or additional amenities added.

To assign multiple spaces at once
Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.
Locate the spaces in the grid. Use the select button to select multiple spaces at once.
NOTE: Spaces can only be selected from a single property and cannot be selected from multiple.
Click on Assign once all applicable spaces have been selected. Global Search appears.
Search for a member, lead, or company.
TIP: If the member, lead, or company does not exist, the record can be added by clicking on Add User next to the search bar. For more information, see Using global search.
Click Assign. The contract window appears. The Terms and Company, as well as the Spaces, are prepopulated with the selections made on the previous screens.
TIP: At this step, the contract can either be activated immediately or additional amenities added.
