Devices must be authorized before they can be used with the Visitor Management App. If a device is no longer in use or needs to be temporarily disabled, this can be done from the property settings.
CAUTION: Once a device's authorization is removed or disabled, that device no longer has access to the Visitor Management App until it is added again or access is enabled. For information on adding an authorized device, see Adding authorized devices.
Disabling or deleting an authorized device
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu then the Visitor Management and Devices tabs.
Locate the device in the grid and click on the additional options button.
Select an option. Kube saves the changes.
TIP: If a device has already been disabled, Enable appears in the additional options instead of Disable.
