Floors allow you to keep record of your building's layout. Floors are used to keep track of spaces, and create Floor Plans. This article covers adding an image for floor plans to a floor. For information on using Floor Plans to manage your spaces, see Floor Plans.
TIP: This option is only required if you are using Floor Plans. Otherwise, this can be skipped.
Adding or changing an image of a floor
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu. The Property Essentials screen appears.
Select the Floors tab. The Floors screen appears.
Locate the floor in the grid and click on the floor's name.
Click Edit. For field descriptions, see Adding a floor.
Click Choose File. Your file manager appears.
Select an image. Kube uploads the image.
TIP: It is recommended to use a high resolution photo.
Click Save.
