You can export your call accounting data from the legacy portal and import it into Kube. Before you can export call accounting data, you must set up each property in the legacy system you want to export data from. This article explains how to complete call accounting export setup. For more information about the procedure for exporting call accounting data in the legacy system, see Exporting call accounting data from the legacy system to Kube.
When you set up call accounting exports for a property, you must enter call pricing information and the Kube Amenity ID for the four voice usage amenities into the legacy system so that it knows how to calculate charges and which Kube amenity to associate each exported call accounting line item with in the Kube import file.
NOTE: This setup process is normally completed during onboarding and only needs to be completed once per property. If you add additional properties after onboarding, you must complete setup for each property. Please contact Yardi technical support before making any changes.
TIP: Kube automatically creates four voice usage amenities at each of your properties:
Usage - Local Outbound
Usage - Long Distance Outbound
Usage - International Outbound
Usage - Toll Free Inbound
