If you are migrating data from the legacy portal to Kube, you can export your data from the legacy portal and import it into Kube. You can export data for companies, members, leads, contacts, spaces, and amenities for a single property or for all properties at once. This article describes exporting data from the legacy portal. To import exported data into Kube, see Importing data into Kube.
When you export data, the legacy portal only exports data that corresponds directly to a Kube field. You will need to complete any blank required fields before importing the data into Kube.
NOTE: Kube includes some fields not found in the legacy portal or that do not map directly from the legacy portal to Kube, such as charge codes. Complete the missing fields before importing into Kube.
To migrate data from the legacy portal to Kube
Log in to your legacy portal account at the following link: https://www.wunsystems.com/login/.
Select Settings in the side menu and select CRM from the secondary menu. The User Type screen appears.
Select the Exports for Yardi Kube tab.
Select the type of data you want to export from the Export Data For drop-down menu.
Select the property you want to export the data for.
TIP: You can export data for a single property or for all properties.
Click Submit. Kube exports the data to an Excel file.
