Updating support ticket workflows

You can update support ticket workflows to have Kube automatically change the status of a support ticket when the ticket is newly created or when a support ticket gets assigned to an internal user. For more information on adding statuses, see Adding a support ticket status.

This article covers updating the support ticket workflows.

CAUTION: The status selection in the Completed workflow can only be modified if there are no support tickets that have been marked completed. Once a support ticket is marked completed, the status selected in the Completed workflow is used and cannot be modified going forward. It is advised to update this workflow before marking any support tickets completed.

Updating support ticket workflows

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu.

  2. Select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  3. Select Workflows in the side menu and select the Support tab.

  4. Select a workflow in the grid. The slide out menu appears.

  5. Click Edit.

  6. Select a status name from the drop-down.

  7. Click Save.
