Support statuses are labels you assign to support tickets to indicate their current status. Kube comes with default support statuses that you can add to or rename. This article covers editing support statuses.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To set support statuses
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Custom Fields in the side menu and select the Support then Status tabs.
Click the Edit button.
Click the selector button next to a status to enable and disable it. Click Save.
Click the name of the status to change the name or the color of the status indicator.
Click Save.
CAUTION: Only the color of the status indicator for the Work Completed status can be changed if there are any support tickets in the closed status. For more information, see Updating support ticket workflows.
