Internal users are Kube users who are authorized to perform tasks in Kube on behalf of your organization. You cannot delete an internal user, but you can archive, or make inactive internal users whose Kube login access you want to revoke. If the internal user is the primary contact for your organization, you must add a new primary contact before you can delete the internal user. For more information, see Updating a company's primary contact.
You can reactivate an archived internal user to give them back their Kube login access.
During the initial configuration of your organization's account, Kube creates an internal company for your organization. Every time you add a new internal user, Kube automatically adds the internal user as an internal member of the internal company. When you archive or activate an internal user, Kube also archives or activates the corresponding internal member.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
