The Kube Help Center contains articles about Kube setup, functionality, and operational tasks you can complete as a Kube user. To access the Help Center, click the Help
button in the top menu. The Yardi Virtuoso window appears. Click the Yardi Kube Help Center tile to open the Help Center in a new tab.
TIP: You can also get help with your Kube questions by asking Virtuoso. Click the Ask a Question tile. For more information about using Virtuoso, see Using Virtuoso.
You can navigate the Help Center by clicking through the section structure to locate the topic you want to learn more about. After you click a section, articles appear to choose from. To return home, click All Collections in the breadcrumb menu.
You can also use the Search for articles... field to find articles. The search returns articles that contain the word or phrase you entered.
NOTE: The following sections are intended to help you stay up-to-date on new Kube features and to orient you in Kube:
Updates & New Features: Contains release notes that explain the features and improvements included in each Kube software release.
Getting Started: Contains introductory material to help you start using Kube. You can also find information about your personal settings in this section.
System Setup: Contains setup flows to help you set up and configure Kube.
FAQs: Contains frequently asked questions for common Kube topics.
The remaining sections contain articles about operational tasks.
