A proposal is a preliminary document you send to prospective members that summarizes the pricing options for spaces at a property. After you generate a proposal, you can complete various tasks on it.
This article describes the various options.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Viewing a proposal
Select Customers in the top menu, then Proposals from the drop-down. The Proposals Dashboard appears.
Locate the proposal in the grid and select the three-dot
additional options.Select View from the drop-down. The proposal window opens.
Select Download to save a copy to your local device.
Select Edit to make changes to the proposal.
CAUTION: This does not change the proposal sent to the proposal contact. If you need to make changes to the proposal, first withdraw and archive the current proposal, then create a new one through the Proposal Builder. For more information, see Generating a proposal with the Proposal Builder.
Select Resend to resend the proposal link to the company.
NOTE: Send is displayed if the proposal has not been sent to the proposal contact or if the proposal is withdrawn.
Select Close to return to the previous screen.
TIP: To see the version sent to the proposal contact, select Copy Link in the additional options menu.
Duplicating a proposal
Select Customers in the top menu, then Proposals from the drop-down. The Proposals Dashboard appears.
Locate the proposal in the grid and select the three-dot
additional options.Select Duplicate from the drop-down.
The Proposal Details prompt appears. For more information about this prompt, see Generating a proposal with the Proposal Builder.
Select Generate Proposal.
Withdrawing a proposal
Select Customers in the top menu, then Proposals from the drop-down. The Proposals Dashboard appears.
Locate the proposal in the grid and select the three-dot
additional options.Select Withdraw from the drop-down.
A confirmation prompt appears. Select OK.
The proposal enters a draft state.
TIP: Withdrawing a proposal invalidates the link to the proposal. Withdraw a proposal if you need to send a revised version or send it to a different contact.
To send a new proposal, archive the current proposal and create a new one in the Proposal Builder. For more information, see Generating a proposal with the Proposal Builder.
Updating a proposal
Select Customers in the top menu, then Proposals from the drop-down. The Proposals Dashboard appears.
Locate the proposal in the grid and select the three-dot
additional options.Select Update from the drop-down.
The Proposal Details prompt appears. For more information about this prompt, see Generating a proposal with the Proposal Builder.
Select Generate Proposal.
Archiving a proposal
Select Customers in the top menu, then Proposals from the drop-down. The Proposals Dashboard appears.
Locate the proposal in the grid and select the three-dot
additional options.Select Archive from the drop-down.
A confirmation prompt appears. Select OK.
