This article describes adding an AI agent prompt for Webchat, email, SMS messaging, and voice.
NOTE: Because of the advanced nature of AI, neither best practices nor examples are provided in this article. Kube comes with a default AI agent prompt that can be used as a reference.
Adding a new AI agent prompt
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Kube AI in the side menu. The Chat settings menu appears. Select the Chat, Email, SMS, or Voice tabs.
TIP: You can also access these settings at the property level. Select Properties in the top menu, click the property's name, select Setup in the side menu, then the Kube AI tab. The steps and menu layouts are identical and are not covered separately.
In the Kube AI Agent section, locate the agent with the System
flag next to its name. This is the default AI agent. In the Action column, select the three-dot additional options
button and select Duplicate from the drop-down menu. A confirmation prompt appears. Select OK. A copy of the agent appears.

button in the Action column and select Edit Prompts from the drop-down menu.The Edit Agent Prompts slide-out menu appears. Edit the fields as desired.
TIP: To set the new prompt as the default, select the Set as default AI agent after saving option. Otherwise, update the default by selecting the radio button on the AI agent listing menu.
Select Save.
