Member records created before Kube supported a single member as the primary contact for multiple companies can be consolidated into one record.
Consolidating a member record allows the member to sign in to the Member Portal using a single email address. With this single sign-in, the member can manage all associated companies.
This article describes how to consolidate member records.
Consolidate a member record
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears.
Click the edit
button.In the Additional Companies section, click Add.
Select a company from the list.
Click Save.
Repeat these steps for each additional company you want to associate with the member.
Update the primary contact for each company
For each additional company, update the Primary Contact to the member record you want to keep.
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears.
Click the edit
button.In the Primary Contact field, select the member record you want to keep.
Click Save.
Archive duplicate member records
After you update all companies, archive the remaining member records.
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the duplicate member record in the grid and click the additional options
button.Select Archive from the drop-down menu.
TIP: This consolidation method can be used for all contact record types.
