When a company moves into or out of a space at a property, Kube creates a move record that can be viewed in the MIMO Tracker on the Community Dashboard. When Kube adds a move record, a checklist is generated for that move to track the tasks required for a smooth move-in or move-out process. By default, Kube comes with the following checklists, which you can add additional checklist items and optional criteria to:
1 Week Out
2 Weeks After
2 Weeks Out
Move In Day
This article describes adding a new move-in checklist item.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Adding a move-in checklist item
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Custom Fields in the side menu and select the MIMO Checklists tab. The Move-In checklists menu appears.
Locate the parent list in the grid you want to add a checklist item to and click its name. The checklist menu appears.
NOTE: The default lists or names cannot be edited. Only checklist items can be added to the checklist.
Click Edit.
Click the blue plus
button in the Action column to add a new row. Enter the details of the checklist item in the field that appears. See the end of this article for a screen reference.If a checklist item should only appear under certain conditions, click Show Criteria. See the end of this article for a screen reference.
Click Save.
TIP: To deactivate a checklist or checklist item, click the edit button, then the select box to deactivate it. Checklist items that have been used and marked complete cannot be deactivated.
Move-in checklist screen reference
Criteria Type | Contract Type: Select which contract type should be set on a contract for this checklist item to appear in the MIMO checklist. For more information about contract types, see Adding a contract type.
Contract Custom Fields: Select contract custom fields and the data that should be set for the checklist item to appear in the MIMO checklist. For more information, see Customizing contract custom fields.
For example, if the contract type is new and a custom field is selected, both these criteria must be present on the contract for this checklist item to appear.
