Updated over 3 months ago

You can use the Activity Log to review all door activity at your property. The log displays when doors lock/unlock, how they were locked/unlocked, and information about the members who accessed the doors and whether they were permitted access.

To review a property's door entry log

  1. Select Properties in the top menu.

  2. Locate your property in the data grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.

  3. Select Access Control in the side menu and select the Activity Log tab. The Activity Log screen appears. For more information about the Activity Log screen, see the Activity Log Screen Reference at the end of this article.
