In Kube, phone numbers belong to a specific property. If you need to use an unused phone number at a different property, you can transfer it to the property. Once you complete the transfer, you can assign the number at the new property.
To transfer a phone number to a different property
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate your property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Setup in the side menu and select the Voice tab. The Settings screen appears.
Select the Telephone Number tab.
Locate the number in the grid and click the Additional Options button.
Select Transfer Number from the drop-down menu. The property selection prompt appears.
Select the property you want to transfer the number to and click Save.
NOTE: The property you select must have Yardi Voice services enabled. If the property does not appear for selection, it may not have Yardi Voice services enabled.
