Reviewing a phone's registration status

You can view the registration status of your members' phones to help troubleshoot any issues a member may have. This article covers the areas where the registration status can be reviewed.

NOTE: If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.

Reviewing a phone's registration status from the system settings

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.

  2. Select Voice from the side menu and the Devices tab. The Devices menu list appears.

  3. Locate the device in the list and view the status from the Registered column.

    1. A green circle status indicates the phone is online and registered.

    2. A red circle status indicates the phone is offline and not registered. Please reboot the phone and reach out to Yardi technical support for further assistance if needed.

  4. Click the refresh button to check for a status change.


    NOTE: For detailed registration information, click on the Identity/Device Profile Name and select the Registration Status tab. For assistance with troubleshooting the registration of a phone, provide this information to Yardi technical support.


Reviewing a phone's registration status from the company

  1. Select Customers from the top menu, and then Companies from the drop down. The Companies Dashboard appears.

  2. Select the company from the grid. The Company Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.

  3. Select Voice from the side menu and then the Devices tab. The devices list appears.

  4. Locate the device in the list and view the status from the Registered column.

    1. A green circle status indicates the phone is online and registered.

    2. A red circle status indicates the phone is offline and not registered. Please reboot the phone and reach out to Yardi technical support for further assistance if needed.

  5. Click the refresh button to check for a status change.
