eFax allows you to send faxes without using a fax machine. You can login to eFax from Kube or you can download the eFax software for both internal users and members.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To log in to and download eFax software
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate your property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Voice in the side menu and select the eFax Links tab.
To log in to eFax, click the E-Fax Admin link. Kube opens the eFax login screen in a new tab.
TIP: Right-click the E-Fax Member link and copy the link to send it to members.
To download eFax software, click the Download button in the E-Fax Admin section.
TIP: You can download the member version to send it to members.
