You can turn on the Call Waiting feature for your members to allow them to see incoming calls when they are already on a call. When Call Waiting is enabled, Kube shows that the member has an incoming call on their physical phone. You can select whether Kube displays the caller ID for the incoming call on the member's physical phone.
NOTES:
If your organization has not purchased Yardi Kube Voice, Kube does not show voice information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To turn on member Call Waiting
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears. Click Detailed View.
Select Voice in the side menu and select the Incoming Calls tab.
Click the Edit button.
In the Call Waiting section, click On.
Click the Disable Calling Line ID Delivery on Call Waiting button if you do not want Kube to show caller ID information for incoming calls.
Click Save.
