The Credit Card Payments Report shows information about credit card payments at your properties, including payment amount, processing status, and the invoice the payment was applied to. You can click a Transaction ID to see more information about the payment, such as the last four digits of the credit card used to make the payment. For more information about using reports, see Reports.
NOTE: You can use this report to see a record of failed credit card payments. The Message column explains the reason a payment failed.
To view the Credit Card Payments Report, select Reports > Electronic Payments and select the report from the drop-down menu.
