Payment processing is how Yardi processes ACH, credit, and debit transactions. Payment processing handles all electronic transactions so that you do not need to use an external payment processor when you use Kube. With payment processing, you can take ACH, credit, and debit payments automatically for your companies, online for your members and prospects, and manually when internal users enter them in Kube. When you set up payment processing, you configure your payment processing selections, such as whether your organization pays processing fees or whether your customers pay the fees. For more information, contact Yardi technical support.

If your country does not support payment processing, Kube turns payment processing off. For more information, see Payment processing off overview.
You cannot complete two payments of the same amount using the same credit or debit card within a 24-hour window. This precaution helps prevent double charges.
