After you add a charge, you can review and edit certain aspects of charge information. You can only edit an open, not invoiced, charge.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You can archive any charge. For more information, see Archiving a charge.
You can reduce the cost of a charge without archiving it and adding a new charge by instead adding a credit charge for the amount you wish to reduce the original charge by. For more information, see Adding a credit charge.
To review and edit charge information
Select Receivables in the top menu and select Charges from the drop-down menu. The Open Charges menu appears.
To review an open charge, locate the charge in the grid and click the Total amount. The charge expands to show charge information.
Click the Close button to collapse the charge information.
To review an invoiced charge, click the Invoiced Charges tab.
Locate the charge in the grid and click the Total amount. The charge expands to show charge information.
Click the Close button to collapse the charge information.
To edit an open charge, locate the charge in the grid and click the Edit button next to the charge.
Complete the fields. For field descriptions, visit the article dedicated to adding the type of charge you are editing.
NOTES:
You can prevent a charge from automatically invoicing by clicking the No button next to the Auto Invoice option. For more information, see Setting whether invoicing is automatic.
Auto invoicing is the only setting you can edit for charges that Kube automatically created from contracts or bookings. For more information about editing charges from contracts and bookings, see Amending an active contract and Reviewing and editing a booking.
Click Save.
