A lead is a potential customer who becomes a member when they complete a purchase in the Prospect Portal or when you activate a contract they are the primary contact for. After you add a lead, you can review and edit lead information at any time.

You can use the Lead History screen to see information changes made to lead information. For more information, see Reviewing lead history.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You cannot edit an archived lead. Activate the lead to edit lead information. For more information, see Archiving and activating a lead.
To review and edit lead information
Select Leads in the top menu.
Locate the lead in the grid and click the lead's name. The Lead Essentials window appears.
To edit lead information, click the Edit button.
TIP: To access additional information about the lead, such as their History, click Detailed View.
Complete the fields you want to change. For field descriptions, see Adding a lead.
Click Save.
