When you terminate a contract to stop billing your customer, you can schedule the termination for a future date. If you decide that you no longer want to terminate the contract, you can cancel the scheduled termination.
When you cancel a scheduled termination, Kube checks that any spaces included in the contract do not have short-term bookings scheduled and that the spaces have not been added to a contract that falls within the contract's original term. If there are conflicts, Kube displays a message alerting you that you cannot cancel the termination until you resolve the conflicts to avoid double-booking the space.
To cancel a scheduled contract termination
Select Customers > Contracts in the top menu.
Locate the contract in the grid and click the contract's name. The Terms & Company screen appears.
Select Terminate in the side menu.
Select the Cancel Termination radio button.
Complete the Reason and Comments fields.
Click Save. A confirmation request appears.
Click OK.
