Tours can be scheduled to show a prospective or current member an office space or the property grounds. The Community Dashboard gives you quick access to scheduling a tour.
This article describes the steps for starting the tour scheduling process in Kube.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
Starting the tour scheduling process in Kube
Click the Home button. The Community Dashboard Overview menu appears.
Locate the Visitors tile and click View All.
Click Actions and select Book a Tour. Kube opens Salesforce in a new tab.
Complete the scheduling process in Salesforce.
NOTE: Kube automatically syncs tours from Salesforce.
