Adding a banner announcement to the Member Portal

Updated over 4 months ago

You can add a banner announcement to the Member Portal using the System Settings section. The banner announcement shows across the top of the Member Portal Dashboard screen. Members can close the banner, but it reappears each time they log in or when they refresh their browser window.

A banner announcement can be made to appear for all of your members, for specific member types, or for specific properties. Member type announcements show for members with the selected member type, no matter the property they view on the Member Portal Dashboard screen. Property announcements only show in the Member Portal when members view the specific property.

NOTE:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • You cannot display more than one banner announcement at a time for the same members.
