A lead is a potential customer who becomes a member when they complete a purchase or booking in the Prospect Portal, a booking is created by an internal user on their behalf, or when you activate a contract they are the primary contact for. After a lead is added manually or via LeadDadi or another lead broker (non-US), you can review if there are any potential duplicate leads or members.
You can use the Lead History screen to see information changes made to lead information. For more information, see Reviewing lead history.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
