Deducting member one-time coworking passes

One-time coworking passes are coworking passes that do not recur monthly. One-time coworking passes can be added from the Charges screen, purchased as a one-time amenity included in a contract, or purchased as a one-time amenity in the Prospect and Member Portals. If you need to deduct a member’s one-time coworking passes, you can do so without amending a contract.

NOTES:

  • Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

  • If your organization does not use coworking passes, you will not see the Coworking Passes screen.

To deduct member one-time coworking passes

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears.

  3. Click the Detailed View button and then select Groups & Hours/Credits in the side menu.

  4. Select the Coworking Passes tab.


    CAUTION: For Members assigned to multiple companies, ensure the correct company has been selected where the edits should be made.


  5. In the One-Time passes column, click the Minus (-) button next to the coworking pass balance.


    CAUTION: You cannot add coworking passes from this screen if you deduct too many. If you need to add one-time coworking passes, you can add an amenity charge. For more information, see Adding an amenity charge.
