You can check in members using coworking passes to track their coworking pass usage and to update the number of available open desk seats.
NOTE: If your organization does not use coworking passes, Kube does not show the Coworking Passes screen.
To check in a coworking pass member
Select Properties in the top menu.
Locate the property in the grid and click the property's name. The Property Spaces screen appears.
Select Coworking Passes in the side menu.
Click the Check In button.
Complete the fields.
TIPS:
Once you enter the company and member name, Kube shows the number of available coworking passes the member has. Kube also shows the type of pass the member uses first at the top of the Check In slide out menu. For more information, see Selecting whether a member uses member or company coworking passes first.
If the member does not have any available passes, you can add passes through the Charges screen. For more information, see Adding an amenity charge.
Click the Check In button.
NOTE: After you click the Check In button, Kube continues to show the Coworking Pass Check In screen with the same company selected in case you need to check in multiple members from the same company.
