After you add a member, you can review and edit member information as needed.
You can use the Member History screen to see information changes made to member information. For more information, see Reviewing member history.
NOTES:
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
You cannot edit an archived member. Activate the member to edit member information. For more information, see Archiving and activating members.
To review and edit member information
Select Customers in the top menu and select Members from the drop-down menu.
Locate the member in the grid and click the member's name. The Member Essentials window appears.
Click Detailed View. The Member Essentials menu appears.
Select Custom Fields in the side menu.
Click the Edit button. Complete the fields.
NOTE: The fields appearing here vary based on what has been configured. For more information on setting up custom fields, see Customizing user fields.
Click Save.
