After you have added a company, you can add custom field records for individual properties.
NOTES:
You cannot edit an archived company. Activate the company to edit company information.
Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To customize company custom fields per property
Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.
Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears.
TIP: To access additional information about the company, such as its History, click Detailed View.
Click the Edit button.
In the Others section, locate the custom field you want to add additional details for another property to, and click the Additional Properties Custom Fields button.
NOTE: The fields appearing here vary based on what has been configured. Kube displays all the custom fields that have been configured when editing a company record. For more information about custom fields, see Customizing company fields.
The Additional Properties Custom Fields menu appears. Click Edit and then the +Add button.
Select a property, and complete the custom field. Click the green plus add button to add additional records, or the red trash can delete button to remove them.
Click Save and then Close.
Back on the Company Essentials menu, click Save. Kube saves any updated details.
TIP: To view the custom field details of another property, in the Others section, click the View Property Data link. This option only appears if there is data for other properties.
