You can update your user profile to update your information, set your availability status, and set your culture.
TIP: You can also change your password by clicking the Change Password button which takes you to the Change Password screen. For more information, see Changing your password.
To update your user profile
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
Complete the fields you want to change. For field descriptions, see the My Profile Screen Reference at the end of this article.
If you want to update your profile picture, click the Change Photo icon. A file uploader appears.
Drag and drop your profile picture onto the file uploader or click the uploader to select your photo. Kube uploads the photo and the photo editor window appears.
Edit your photo, if desired. For more information, see Using the image editor.
Click Save. The My Profile screen appears.

Your email is your username and cannot be changed. | |
Status | Your status shows next to your Personal Profile icon in the top menu in Kube and next to your profile picture in chats and discussions with members in the Member Portal.
NOTE: Each time you log in, Kube sets your profile to Available. |
Set Default Property | Select Yes if property information should load when you first log in; otherwise, select No and use the screen filters to select properties you want to view. |
Default Property | Select the property you want to view when first logged in.
NOTE: This field does not appear if you have selected No in the Set Default Property field. |
Culture | Your culture setting determines how information is formatted in Kube, based on the culture setting you choose. For more information, see Choosing your culture setting. |
Default Email Template | Choose a default email template that Kube automatically selects when you email a member, lead, or contact from the Activity Feed. |
Email Signature | When you send an email to a member, lead, or contact from the Activity Feed, you can include your email signature by using the [Internal User Email Signature] token. |
