Kube comes with standard email templates that your members, leads, and companies receive after certain tasks are completed in Kube, the Member Portal, and the Prospect Portal. Members can opt out of emails from the My Account section in the Member Portal. For a list of email triggers and recipients, see Email template recipients and triggers.
You can customize the From email address that appears on these emails that members are able to reply to. This article describes the steps for changing the From address that appears on outbound emails.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To set the From email address on outbound emails
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select the Settings tab.
Click the Edit button.
Complete the Email Template From Address Default section.
Email Account Name
Enter the name of the mailbox in this field (e.g., firstname.lastname, donotreply, etc.)
Email Domain Name
Select a domain name from the drop-down menu.
NOTE: To add a domain name to this list, please reach out to Yardi technical support. The domain name must be valid and registered with a domain registrar as well as owned by your organization.Click Save.
