Viewing the company snapshot

The Company Snapshot page gives an overview of the company record, with company information, a list of current contracts, space occupancy history, and check-ins and notes.

This article describes the steps for viewing the Company Snapshot and screen examples of each section.

To access the Company Snapshot page

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and Contracts from the drop down.

  2. Locate the contract in the grid and click the additional options button.


    TIP: Use the Company and Property filters to filter the contracts. For more information about using filters, see Using filters.


  3. Select Company Snapshot. The Company Snapshot window appears. See the sections below for screen examples.

Company information and Current Contracts section

The top portion of the screen displays the primary contact, primary property, company type, tenure, the total contract value, and the value of the service retainer on file.

Below that, there is a row for each active contract with the company.

Space Occupancy History section

The Space Occupancy History section displays details of the spaces that the company previously occupied.

Check-ins section

The Check-ins and Notes section shows the status and notes for recent and past check-ins.
