Can I customize email templates in Kube?

Yes, you can customize system email templates for all of your properties at once or individually for each property. For more information, see Reviewing and editing email templates.

When do emails send to my members?

For a list of email templates, when they send, and who receives them, see Email template triggers and recipients.

Can company emails be sent to multiple email addresses?

Yes, you can add up to five email addresses in the company's Notifications section on the Company Essentials screen. Those five email addresses receive all of the company's billing emails. For more information, see Adding a company.

Can I email my members in Kube?

You can start discussions with your members through the Member Portal. For more information, see Adding a discussion to the Member Portal.

You can also send an email through the Activity Feed. For more information, see Sending an email from the Activity Feed.

Can members opt out of emails?

Yes, Members can opt out of Marketing emails. Members can either manage this setting in their member portal, or the setting can be set on their behalf. For more information, see Adding a member.

Can I resend emails that Kube already sent?

You can resend the Sign Up email to a member in case they need it or forgot their password. The Sign Up email template includes a redirect link to the Member Portal login screen.
