How do I edit or add something to an active contract?

You can amend a contract to make changes to it, such as adding or removing amenities, spaces, and packages. For more information, see Amending an active contract.

How do I extend a contract?

You can amend a contract to extend the contract end date on the Terms & Company screen of the amended contract. For more information, see Amending an active contract.

How do I see different versions of a contract?

You can use the Contracts screen to see the active version of the contract and the contract History screen to see previous versions of the contract. For more information, see Reviewing contract details and history.

How do I turn off auto renew?

You can turn auto renew on or off when you create a contract or, after you activate the contract, by amending the contract. For more information, see Amending an active contract.

NOTE: All contracts with auto renew turned on must end on the last day of the month.

How do I send a contract to a customer?

You can email a PDF of a saved contract on the contract's Communicate screen. For more information, see Communicating contract details to customers.

How do I stop a contract from billing?

To move out a contract, you can terminate it. For more information, see Terminating a contract.

If the company had a security deposit on file for the contract, you can refund it on the Company Overview screen of the company. For more information, see Refunding or applying a security deposit.
