The email campaign category allows you to create a drop down list of email campaign categories that you select from when creating a new email campaign. These categories help you easily search for and identify your email campaigns on the Email Campaign Dashboard. For more information about email campaigns, see Email Campaigns Dashboard overview.
NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To Add an Email Campaign File Category
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Custom Fields in the side menu and then the Email Campaigns tab.
The Email Campaign Categories appear.
Click the Add button. The New Email Campaign Category menu appears.
TIP: Kube comes with the default category General. This default email campaign category field cannot be archived, but it can be renamed.
In the Email Campaign Category Name field, enter the email campaign category name.
Click Save.
