A space option is an optional field you can assign to a space type for your organization's tracking needs. These fields are used internally for reference purposes only.
This article describes selecting space options.
CAUTION: Once a space option has been activated, it cannot be modified.
Selecting a space option
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Custom Fields in the side menu and select Spaces, then the Space Options tabs.
Click the edit button. Choose which options should be available. If your organization does not track either data point, do not enable these options.
Click Save.
NOTE: The fields selected here only appear as optional fields if the space option has been set on a space type. For more information about space types, see Adding a space type.
