Kube allows you to choose whether the optional fields for contacts, leads, and members are mandatory when creating the user. When you set an optional field as mandatory, Kube automatically marks the field with a red asterisk and requires the field to be completed when creating a new contact, lead, or member. This article describes selecting these fields.

Choosing mandatory contact record fields
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Custom Fields in the side menu and select the CRM and User Custom Fields tabs.
Select from the Contact Fields, Lead Fields, or Member Fields tabs.
Click the Edit button.
Select the fields as desired. See the end of this article for a User Fields Screen example.
NOTE: Selections made here do not affect the prospect or member portals.
Click Save.
