The contract workflow, Change Move In, allows you to select the document template and amendment type that are automatically set when a user creates a Change Move In Amendment. This article describes adding a new Change Move In contract workflow.

To add a change move in contract workflow
TIP: The process for adding an operator or property workflow is almost identical. Differences are noted in the Add Change Move In Workflow Screen Reference at the end of this article.
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings in the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.
Select Workflows in the side menu. The Contract Approvals screen appears.
Select the Amendments tab, then the Change Move In tab. The Change Move In Amendment Requirements menu appears.
Click the Add button for either the Operator or Property. The Add Change Move In Amendment Requirement menu appears.
Complete the fields. For field descriptions, see the Add Change Move In Workflow Screen Reference at the end of this article.
Click Save.

Property -or- Property List | Select the property or property list the change move in workflow applies to.
This field does not show for the operator level change move in contract workflow. |
Document Template | Select the template that gets automatically set at the Communicate stage gate. For more information about adding a contract template, see Creating a custom contract template. |
