You can customize email templates for all your properties at once in the System Settings or individually for each property within the property's record. If you make changes to property email templates, any system email changes you later make do not override the changes you made to property email templates. However, if you need to restore several property templates to the system template at one time, this can be done in the System Settings.
This article describes the steps for restoring property email templates to the system email templates.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
TIP: You can deactivate property email templates if you do not want to use them by clicking the Additional Options button next to a template and selecting Deactivate.
To revert a property email template to the system email template
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu.
Select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Details screen appears.
Select Email Templates in the side menu.
Click the email template's name.
Click the Restore Property Templates button. The Restore Property Templates menu appears.
Select properties to restore.
NOTE: If the system template has been modified, the restored property template will use the current version of the system template. If you want to start over, click Edit and Revert to Default before restoring the property templates.
Click Apply.
