Saving a filter

Updated over 3 months ago

When you view a screen in Kube that has a property filter, Kube automatically applies your primary property to the filter to only show data for that property. You can also save custom filter selections to avoid having to input your filter selections every time you view a screen. Kube remembers your filter selections throughout your current Kube session or until you refresh your screen or clear your browser's cache. For more information about filters, see Using filters.

NOTE: The Reports, Invoice Approval, and Bookings screens use their own types of filters. You cannot save a filter on these screens.

TIPS:

  • Kube saves filters by user. Only you have access to the filters you save.

  • Click the Clear button to clear a filter of all filter selections. To delete a filter, select Saved Filters in the filter menu and click the Manage Filters button in the filter drop-down. You can select the filters you want to delete.

To save a filter

  1. Navigate to the screen you want to save a filter on.

  2. Make your filter selections.

  3. Click the Save button in the top menu. The Filter Name screen appears.

  4. Enter the name of the filter in the entry box.
