The My Tasks screen shows all Activity Feed activities that have been assigned to you or that you have been tagged in by other internal users. Activity Feed tasks require you to mark them complete once you have completed the action (task types are call, email, to do, or inquiry). For more information, see Activity Feed.
You can also view events, tasks, and tours in the Activity Calendar. For more information, see Activity Calendar screen overview.
TIPS:
You can view all Activity Feed items you created by clicking the Created by Me tab.
The Creation Date filter shows results by the Start Date for Tours and Events and by the Due Date for Tasks.
To review and complete your tasks
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select My Tasks from the drop-down menu.
To review or edit a task, click the Edit button next to the task.
Make changes as desired. For field descriptions, see Activity Feed.
TIP: Click the History tab to see all the changes internal users have made to the activity.
Click Save.
To mark a task completed, click the Mark Complete button next to the task.
Enter comments into the comments field and click the Mark Complete button.
To mark a task completed and create a new task, click the Mark Complete and New button.
Enter comments into the comment field.
Complete the New Tasks fields. For information on completing these fields, see Adding a task to the Activity Feed.
Click Mark Complete and Submit New button.
To postpone a task, click the Postpone button next to the task.
Complete the fields and click the Postpone button.
TIP: You can choose to postpone a task by a set amount of time after the original due date, or you can select Custom to select a new due date from the date picker field.
