You can choose a default email template that Kube automatically selects when you email a member, lead, or contact from the Activity Feed. Before you can select a default template, you must add a custom email template. For more information, see Adding an email template for Activity Feed emails.
To choose your default email template
Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select My Profile from the drop-down menu.
In the Default Email Template drop-down, select the email template you want to make default.
Click Save.
