What is changing?
The Kube Prospect Portal eCommerce flow has a new prospect journey focused on easier space discovery and quicker checkout flows. This update builds on the current power of the Prospect Portal, adding more flexibility for operators to drive sales through promotions and post purchase upsells.
Can I link from my current .com website to this new prospect portal experience?
Yes. This functionality has not been changed.
Will the current links from my .com to the Kube prospect portal work with the new design?
Yes, your current links will remain functional. Additionally, you can now also deep link to specific pages within the Prospect Portal. Here are a few examples:
Event Spaces Link - /kubecc/content/#/app/services/workspacelist?companyid=CompanyId&proid=PropertyId&spacetypegroup=1
Meeting Room Spaces Link - /kubecc/content/#/app/services/workspacelist?companyid=CompanyId&proid=PropertyId&spacetypegroup=2
Day Office Link - /kubecc/content/#/app/services/workspacelist?companyid=CompanyId&proid=PropertyId&spacetypegroup=3
Private Office Link - /kubecc/content/#/app/services/workspacelist?companyid=CompanyId&proid=PropertyId&spacetypegroup=4
These links and additional links can also be found in your System Settings. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears. Next, select Customer Portals in the side menu, then Prospect > Links/URLS. Click the drop down arrows next to a property's name to expand the available menus. Click Copy Page URL.
Can I control when the new designs are turned on in my environment?
This design update will be applied to all active operator environments and is not optional.
Will the new design also apply to the member portal experience?
Yes, the new design update applies to the Member Portal's Book a Space and Marketplace menus, as well as the eCommerce flow.
