Restricting property access for prospects and members with no membership

Updated over 3 months ago

Memberships describe the level of access your customers and members have to the services and spaces at your properties. Some properties do not have services or amenities available for prospects and members who do not have memberships. Therefore, Kube allows you to hide or restrict access to those properties in the prospect and member portals. When a property gets added to this list, prospects and members without memberships cannot search for or see these properties in the respective portals.

This article describes the steps for adding properties to the restricted list.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To add properties to the restricted list

  1. Select your Personal Profile in the top menu and select System Settings from the drop-down menu. The Operator Profile screen appears.

  2. Select Memberships in the side menu. The Memberships menu appears.

  3. Select the No Membership Defaults tab.

  4. Click Add.

  5. Select the properties that should not appear in the Prospect and Member portals.

  6. Click Save.

TIP: The next step for setting up your system settings is the accounting settings. For more information, see Accounting Setup.
