Uploading files to the Activity Feed

A file is any document that you want to upload to the Activity Feed. The Activity Feed is a customer relationship management tool that allows you to add notes, tasks, activity logs, files, tours, and events to different records in Kube.

Kube compiles Activity Feed events, tasks, and tours in the Activity Calendar and all Activity Feed items on the Activity Feed tab. For more information, see Activity Calendar screen overview and Activity Feed.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To add a file to the Activity Feed

  1. Select either Customers > Members, Leads, or Contacts in the top menu.

  2. Locate the user's record in the grid and click the Add/View Activity button.


    TIP: You can also access the Activity Feed from the Contacts menu when viewing a company record.


  3. Click the Files tab.

  4. Select a File Type. For more information about file types, see Adding a company file category.

  5. Drag your file onto the upload section or click the upload section to select your file.


    NOTE: You can upload a file up to 15 MB in size.


  6. Click Submit.
