Reviewing a company's organizational structure

Some companies doing business with your organization may be a subsidiary of another company doing business with your organization. When this is the case, Kube allows you to add parent companies to create a parent-child relationship between these companies. This article describes reviewing a company's organizational structure.

NOTE: Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.

To review a company's organizational structure

  1. Select Customers in the top menu and select Companies from the drop-down menu.

  2. Locate the company in the grid and click the company's name. The Company Essentials window appears.

  3. Click the Organizational Structure button. A slide out menu appears.


    NOTE: This button only appears if the company is part of a parent-child relationship.
