When you use Domestic Tax, you can include tax in your space pricing. When you include the space in a contract or when a member or prospect books the space, Kube automatically includes tax. This article discusses applying domestic tax codes to spaces. For more information about International Tax, see International Tax.

Depending on your assigned role and permissions, and the version of Kube your organization uses, some or all of these menus or services may not be available or displayed.
To include tax in space cost, you have to add tax codes to the property first. For more information, see Adding a domestic tax code to a property.
To add tax to a space
Select Spaces in the top menu and then List from the drop down.
Locate the space in the grid and click the space's name. The Space Contracts screen appears.
NOTE: If you have not added the space yet, see Adding a space.
Select Setup in the side menu. The Space Essentials screen appears.
Click the Edit button.
In the Additional Information section, select the tax code you want to include in the space's price.
TIP: You can add up to five tax codes to the space by clicking the Add button and selecting additional tax codes. You can delete a tax by clicking the Delete button next to the tax code you want to delete.
Click Save.
